What's new? Meet the BOBBINHEADS!
Check out the pictures above to get an idea of just what they are and how they work! Believe it or not, they are very unique night lights!
These beauties!!! are made with polymer clay. The translucent ones have a different face on each side and the faces and hair on two are done with colored pens. The Red Hat ladies' faces are done in the same way, but the hair and hats are made from polymer clay. The other heads are also made from several layers of polymer clay that have been molded and sculpted. The eyes and lips are done with acrylic paint with the exception of "Grandma", who has glass eyes. Lion Brand yarn was used for the hair and Grandma's and Ravishing Red's faces were color washed to expose all the nooks and crannies in their faces.
The bobbinheads are mounted on polymer clay bases that have been glued to different styles of industrial thread bobbins. An electric cord runs up through the middle of these bobbins and the night light is nestled in the polymer clay base. The heads remove to easily replace the light bulbs. All of these pieces use regular night light bulbs. They can be used as night lights or as just a unique decorative piece in any room of your home. These BobbinHeads are sold in my shops listed below.
